The status bar at the top of the mobile app allows quick access to important information concerning the connected iSTAR Pulsar device.
The app will alert the user when it has successfully connected to an iSTAR Pulsar device by way of a brief drop-down notification showing serial number and firmware version:

When connected to an iSTAR Pulsar device, the mobile app will then display three active icons:
Capture mode

The currently selected capture mode will be displayed here, either "Driving", "Walking", "Indoor", "Indoor Low Light", "Custom Indoor" and "Custom Outdoor". These are denoted by the following 6 icons:

The capture mode icon is for display purposes only, this may be modified within the app settings. For more information on the usage and selection of capture modes, see this article.
GPS status

The icon shown above shows the device to have obtained a GPS lock, a user may tap the GPS icon to confirm this and to see the specific coordinates held:

Storage Status

iSTAR Pulsar+ contains a 1TB internal solid state drive (SSD), the Storage Status icon provides an at-a-glance indication of how much space is being used, and how much remains. In the above example, we can see that the drive is around 20% filled, thus there should be around 80% remaining storage space.
A user may tap on the icon for more detailed information on remaining space:

The status bar icons will be inactive (greyed-out) when the mobile app is not connected to an iSTAR Pulsar unit. Users should connect their mobile device to iSTAR Pulsar via Wi-Fi and allow up to 1 minute for the app to detect this and confirm.
