Hello all - based on customer feedback, we at NCTech have decided to trial a Community area for iSTAR Pulsar users to share their knowledge and experiences. We will of course monitor this and jump in where appropriate, however please note the following:
- Our Support philosophy is primarily around enabling users to resolve their own queries, as such we will be continuously adding to and revising our documentation found on our Help Center Homepage, Any suggestions around documentation gaps that we could fill to better meet user's needs are more than welcome, always. Users are of course free to raise support requests if they prefer, however the response may well be a link to material that answers the question.
- This Community is for discussion amongst users, anything requiring NCTech intervention other than very general enquiries will likely be migrated to a support request (users may raise a request at any time here, or we can convert a Community post into a support request on a user's behalf). This allows us to analyse the type of request that we're receiving, how long it's taking for us to address them, and of course, how satisfied our users are upon resolution.
- We will run this Community for a month or so (launched October 2018) and see how popular it is - if users are utilising it and finding it useful, then there's scope for us to expand it as required.
