    Hi Eric:

    a) have istar pulsar+ to output mp4 video format (i saw this from specs info)

You already have this as an output format in Immersive Studio and the SDK. However, this is a 2K preview video. Remember that iSTAR Pulsar has an 11K file output so what size of video output were you looking for?

    b) have immersive studio to generate of individual image instead of a stitched panorama from single mkv video.

Do you mean the individual fisheye images? At present you can do this using the 4 x .mkv files in the capture folder using this ffmpeg command:

    ffmpeg -i videoInput.mkv -qscale:v 2 path\to\outputfolder\%10d.jpg

However, we are about to move to an encrypted file format in which the source .mkv files will no longer be visible. At that time, we will release an update to Immersive Studio that will include individual fisheye as an export option.

    Hi Melvin,

You're saying you'd like to be able to generate a full resolution 11k video from the iSTAR Pulsar+ output, is that right?

That's not something that we have on our roadmap at present, in fact you're the first user to suggest it.  I'd advise that you post this within the "Feature Request" section of this community and we can see if the suggestion gains any traction with other users.

In the immediate term, you can use 3rd party software (such as FFMPEG mentioned by Andrew above) to convert individual images output by Immersive Studio into a video format.
