If when a user opens and refreshes the Network List within the mobile app they do not see expected networks, they may instruct iSTAR Pulsar to perform a full new scan for nearby Wi-Fi networks. This is done as follows:
Tap button to "Scan for new networks"

Confirm re-scan action

As noted in the above popup, iSTAR Pulsar will disconnect from the mobile device in order to re-scan.
Allow iSTAR Pulsar to perform scan
Scanning for networks will be confirmed, the user may dismiss this notification by tapping "Ok":

The lower status LED on iSTAR Pulsar will pulse yellow while the device re-scans for networks:

When both status LEDs return to solid green, the scan is complete:

Reconnect mobile device to iSTAR Pulsar
As iSTAR Pulsar disconnects from the mobile device in order to re-scan, the user must then re-connect the two device via Wi-Fi once the scan is complete:

Confirm mobile app connects with iSTAR Pulsar

Re-open Network List and refresh, then select desired network:
