You can't - due to the nature of usage of iSTAR Pulsar, a GPS lock is required in order to capture data.
Ideally iSTAR Pulsar should be used outdoors, with clear line-of-sight with the sky - in these conditions, the device will very quickly obtain a GPS lock, and therefore allow data capture.
Should a user wish to use the device indoors they must either;
- Situate the device where the device has sight of the sky and GPS can be obtained, such as within a window or doorway
- Power up iSTAR Pulsar outdoors and allow it to obtain a GPS lock, then power it down and move it back to the desired indoor location for capture - the device will retain the obtained GPS lock for a number of days, although using this method will result in much less accurate GPS data being recorded
