In order to process capture data in the VR.World Pulsar section, a user must add a credit or debit card as the payment method which will be used to pay for processing costs.
To do this, first click on the "Profile" option within the VR.World dashboard, which will direct the user to the "Account Details" page:
Adding a payment method then consists of three stages:
Add VAT number
Users with a VAT number may enter this here to ensure that they are not charged VAT on their payments via VR.World.
To do this, click on the button to "Edit VAT Number" within the Profile tab:
In the screen that appears, users should enter their VAT number in full, then click the "Save VAT" button:
A saved VAT number is tied to the address entered - to change/remove the VAT number, the address must be amended or removed.
Add billing address
Under the "Addresses" tab, click the "Add Address" button:
You can either add a new address by searching for the address by starting to type the address or typing it manually. When using the search function, the page will show suggestions matching the typed address in a drop-down window:
Once the correct address has been selected, the rest of the fields will be automatically populated. To avoid possible complications, please read through the filled in details before saving them.
Or you can choose to manually type the whole address:
Once all fields have been automatically or manually filled, click the "Save" button:
The address will show as having been saved - users may now continue to add further required addresses, or may click on the "Edit" button to edit existing ones.
Add payment details
Under the "Payment Details" tab, click the "Add Card" button:
Type in the details of the card you wish to add (1), select the billing address that the card is registered against (2), then click the "Save" button (3):
The payment details will show as having been added - users may now continue to add additional payment methods using the same method:
For security reasons, it isn't possible to edit a payment method once it has been added - a user must "Delete" the payment method and re-add it again.
