When attempting to initiate data capture immediately after powering on iSTAR Pulsar, users may note that capture does not start, instead they see the lower status LED light yellow briefly and capture does not immediately start:

When first booting up, iSTAR Pulsar has to achieve full syncronisation before capture can begin, once the device shows "ready" status (2 solid green LEDs), it can take up to a further 40 seconds for this to happen. The above behaviour indicates that the device is not yet in sync, therefore capture cannot start yet. The mobile app will continue to try initiating capture, and this will start as normal once syncronisation is achieved.
It is recommended that users allow 40 seconds from the device showing "ready" status before attempting to capture, this allows the device to fully syncronise first and start without further delay.
