When processing a selection of captured data segments, users may note that only some of the expected data is output for each segment.
One potential cause of this is incorrect formatting of the SSD used to retrieve data from iSTAR Pulsar+ - the FAT32 format has an individual file size limit of 4GB, and so will limit each capture/segment to that size. So if the individual captures/segments are larger than that, only 4GB of each will be copied to the SSD, and therefore output once processed.
The solution is to always use SSDs formatted as NTFS, this is the only disk format that will work with iSTAR Pulsar+ without issue.
