The side panel is your control centre. You can expand or collapse it by clicking the green arrow at the top.
The upper group of buttons are Home View, Annotations and NCTech Datasets.
The lower set of buttons are Account Management, Help, User Profile and Log out.
1. Account Management
1.1. User Management
To manage users, click the Account Management button (the first in the lower group of buttons in the side panel).
1.2. Invite users to your organisation
If you are an admin user within your organisation you can invite other users to the platform.
- Click on INVITE NEW USER.
- Enter their user name.
- Enter their email address.
- Select the role they will have when using the platform:
- Viewer: Users with this role can navigate NCTech data owned by the organisation and make measurements.
- Operator: Users with this role can navigate NCTech data owned by the organisation, make measurements, view, create, edit, and export annotations.
1.3. Edit or Delete users within the organisation
You must be an administrator to edit or delete a user.
- In User Management, click the pencil button against the user you want to edit.
- In the dialog you can edit the user’s name and select a different role.
- To remove the user, press the Delete User button.
2. Help
Press the ? button from the side panel to launch the Help Centre.
From here you’ll be able to access the user manual, frequently asked questions, and our support centre, where you can submit a support ticket.

Press the Log out button at the bottom of the side panel to log out of the system.
