In the first instance, use the "Forgot your password?" option found on the login screen.
Enter the supplied user email address and click the "Reset my password" button.
An email will be sent to the email address specified, this will contain a password reset code - copy this code.
The password reset email may take a few minutes to arrive. If no email is received within 5 minutes, try checking your spam/junk folder.
Enter the password reset code in the VR.World new password box, specify a new valid password and repeat it, then click the "Change Password" button.
